Ebay scammer or the real deal?

There is an Ebay seller that maybe some of you have noticed. It seems to me that this seller operates a lot like Cupman. He always has a bevy of stamped up items, that appear too good to be true. He sells under the Ebay ID of: "09910". Here is one of his many auctions that are always running. http://www.ebay.com/itm/WWII-JAPANES...item1c3a604d4b

Is it just me, or are these items bogus? It smells like Cupman to me? maybe an alternate selling ID?

They are real marketing giveaway items. The one with the Zero is quite a gem, from the Tomiya Restaurant, whose owner Tome Torishima was known as the Mother of Tokko. She had to play the heart-wrenching role of feeding the boys and seeing them off on their last missions. She was entrusted with delivery of personal letters to parents, which the censors would not have allowed, and she constantly wrote to console parents how bravely their child faced the last mission. Her life story had been made into numerous movies and plays, the most recent being a Tokko film from 2007. The towel is almost surely a post war giveaway, but is from that restaurant.

Here a trailer from the 2007 film http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1T2eoA8F280

The Tomiya restaurant still sells those towels, so no need to shell out big bucks on Ebay. "When the old woman was still alive, she had many visitors wanting to hear stories about the Kamikaze pilots and she would give them towels with her poem". The poem on the towel is confirmed to be her post war creation. Correction:Sorry, my bad, her name should have read Tome Torihama, not Torishima

Just an additional info about the Japanese aircraft.

It is an army Ki-43 Hayabusa "Oscar".

In the movie, the version made were Ki-43 IIIs.

I think they made five of them for the movie.

                  Regards,
                  Taka

OK, I expected to read how they were a completely made up fantasy item, stamped up by the seller. Thanks Nick for the in depth explanation as to what these are, and the movie trailer Thanks Taka for the extra information and picture regarding the planes. Thanks Gunto for the information about the movie, I will try and find it.

But in the end, the outrageous price of $400 for what must have only cost him $20 makes it a scam of diabolical proportions.
