I am interested in Ebay # 2279891360 a japanese K-9 cigarette case
looks good to me but would like to know what kanji says,could you have a

Hal,

The quality of the photo is poor, but it looks like the kanji is the original owner's name (last name looks like Ishihara followed by the first name which I cannot make out because of the quality of the photo).
