Found this envelope of Japanese papers. Can anyone read any of this writing?

Your envelope has IJN postal codes on it. It looks like a fragment of paper is missing from the envelope, but I think that it is most likely U 102 , U102 which is for the 54th Naval Guard Force based on Guam. At the very least, it looks like your paperwork came out of the Marianas. Is it possible to get crisp closeup shots of the post card?
