Tropical Pith Helmet

Hey there guys ,

I have this pith helmet that is in nice shape. No evidence of a star ever being attached . The name tab is filled out and in hoping there is a unit here. Any translation help would be great . It seems to be dated 1943.

Not so sure, but I think I've seen this pith helmet in The Tokyo Victory Show.

There is no unit ID.

I can only find out this individual was from Nagano Prefecture, Wada Village.

長野県 (Nagano Ken) - Nagano Prefecture

小県郡　(Chiisagata Gunn) - Chiisagata Region

和田村　(Wada Mura) - Wada Village
