Help with Japanese dog tags

Hello everyone, These tags are for sale. I am looking for tags from specific units / areas of battle. Can anyone here translate these (3) tags for me? If so, any unit information would be appreciated. Sorry for the cruddy pics, that the best the seller had. Thanks,

The 2nd tag is: 6073 for the 20th Division, 3rd Field Hospital, last located on New Guinea. The 1st and 3rd tags are a mystery. I would normally think that they are katakana spelling out the code kanji (due to excessive strokes obliterating the symbol), but from the wording - I make out "tokuho" - I cannot find a unit with such a code. Also, the numbers are really low, 16 and 20, so maybe they are unit designations for something else entirely. With a company stamp on tag 1, one would think that the unit would be fairly large, at least battalion sized. Just a guess though. Hopefully someone else has insight into tags 1 and 3.
