when i started collecting japanese i did not now that it was so intresting,,,

hi Jareth,,, maybe in the futere i looking for a winter coat with dethachable arms,, i found a few but not so good condition,,,,

Patient coats (患者外套) were coats issued to patients in military hospitals and not used for field, you can see an example here, around the middle of the blog post:

They wore the coat over the 患者衣 (patient tunic) which was a wafuku style garment in white.
