Thoughts on this helmet?

Hey guys,
Wanted some opinions on this helmet, I don't have it, but was curious about authenticity and what it says on it. I was told it says something along the lines of "The loss of my girl is like a broken cherry blossom. Circle of life", but not 100% sure.

Cant help you on the kanji but the helmet itself is a cilivian steel helmet. Missing the rivets and liner is missing.
