Is this tunic even Japanese from WW2?

Thanks Taka. I see these aren't particulary rare, and while the one for sale has some patches, it seems in much worse shape as mine is nearly mint. However since mine doesn't have the patches, which I would consider a desireable element, I can see where it might not be worth much more than the one offered. Thanks very much for all your help. I'll be listing it on the e-stand shortly.

Those patches are Civilians Employed by the military (Gunzoku/軍属), who wore uniforms similar to the Kokuminfuku, but they are Gunzoku uniforms so it would be different. However I cannot tell if they are Gunzoku or just a normal kokuminfuku with the patches sewed on after the fact.
