WW2 Japanese Shells and Cap

I visited my Grandfather who served in the Aleutians during WW2 and he showed me a box with some Japanese shells and cap in it that he collected on Kiska. He asked me if I could help identify them and possibly determine the value of them.

There are two fairly beat upon shells that look like 20mm cannon shells, one slightly larger shell with a red band on it as well as this one -

Which goes together and slips into a cardboard tube.

I have no idea what the cap is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The cap is the donald duck type ,missing the tally. Condition looks bad from what I can see. Maybe it can be repaired?

The first shell is a Navy 25mm round, Explosive Tracer for the Type 96 Anti-aircraft gun.

The second is a Navy Type 99 aircraft machine gun shell, either practice or tracer.

The third is an Army Type 100 Self-destruct Explosive Tracer for the Type 98
Anti-aircraft gun.

Is there any way to possibly trace the owner of the cap and find out what happened to him?
