I'm not certain, but the character reminds me of

meaning mutual or reciprocal. In Japanese it is usually heard as
お互いに

お互いに; 御互いに 【おたがいに】 (adv) mutually; with each other; reciprocally; together; both

For example, in martial arts the command to bow towards each other is
お互いに ~ 礼 "Otegaini .... rei" [to each other .... bow!]

Yes, it looks cast instead of stamped. But I'm not very knowledgeable as a "collector;" so, I'm not well-read on all the various permutations of various accoutrements.
