It's a Higo knife (Higonokami). A japanese felow kendo practicioner carries one all the time in his kit bag for shaving or fixing his shinai . He told me they are very popular, traditional and comon pocket knife/ tool in Japan. He gave me one . I love it , razor sharp, very light & flat . Keep yours very clean and well oil protected as they rust very easily...
