Here are 2 unusual Japanese flags that will be offered for sale. They are not mine, but I am trying to figure out what they are. I have not seen flags like this before. Association flags? Flags commemorating a certain event? any help is appreciated.

I personally think this banner is for occupying zone.

Maybe for China / Hong Kong / Taiwan.

From a Chinese point of view. Just my opinion.
