This badge looks familiar but I can't find it in any of my reference material, it is silver, in fitted lacquered case. Any help would be appreciated.

That's a Diligence Badge for Ship crew. (Chinese or Taiwanese ?)

Translation:

船員 - Ship crew

勤 - Diligent, hard working

勞 - Labour

章 - Badge

Sorry I can't make out the three words at the bottom.
