Its real but very very common. $60 to $100 tops for most unmarked glazed ceramic grenades. For damaged unglazed types, $50 tops. If you want good stuff, purchase undamaged ceramic grenades that have maker markings with embossed lot numbers. Those are the ceramic grenades worth buying.

Whether marked are unmarked, the grenades remain just as real, and were just as precious to the Japanese soldier who held them, and just as deadly to the US soldier they were thrown at. Therefore all of them are "worth buying" to people interested in the history of WWII, though all of them may not be as good of a monetary investment.
