Help Needed Identifying Japanese Ribbons

I recently acquired this ribbon bar, but I'm not an expert on Japanese militaria. I've tried to identify these ribbons using internet research, but please correct me if I am wrong. Any help is appreciated.

1) Order of the Golden Kite
2) Order of the Sacred Treasure
3) 1934 Manchukuo Foundation Medal
4) 1934 Manchukuo Commerative Enthronement Medal
5) 1940 National Foundation Medal
6) 1939 China Incident Medal
7) Order of the Rising Sun
8) Red Cross Medal

Based on these ribbons, who might have worn this bar (Army, Navy, Officer, Enlisted, etc?)

I've read that the 1934 Commerative Enthronement Medal is pretty rare. Is it rare to find on a ribbon bar?

Not sure about all, but the Orders are correctly identified. I'm surprised that the Order of the Rising Sun is not worn next to the other two Orders.

Perhaps aligned in order of reception? Still, Orders ought to take precedence, I would think.

Aha! Richard Catalano's book lists the order of precedence as:

1. The Order of the Golden Kite
2. The Order of the Rising Sun
3. The Order of the Sacred Treasure
4. Foreign Orders (Manchukuo Orders are included here.)
etc.

IF your ribbons are correctly identified, this would be their CORRECT positioning:

1) Order of the Golden Kite
2) Order of the Sacred Treasure
3) Order of the Rising Sun
4) 1939 China Incident Medal [priority 17]
5) 1940 National Foundation Medal [priority 18]
6) 1934 Manchukuo Foundation Medal [priority 21; Foreign Medal]
7) 1934 Manchukuo Commerative Enthronement Medal [priority 21; Foreign Medal]
8) Red Cross Medal [priority 23]

Generally speaking, the Orders come first, followed by the War and Commemorative Medals, then Merit Medals, and finally Red Cross medals. In the case of War and Commemorative Medals, the order was fixed by when one received the medal, the earlier medal coming first. If one received two medals on the same day, the order was determined by the dates of establishment of the medals. (NB: The date of establishment for the 1914-1920 War Medal is officailly March 1920.
