They look like nice legit flags. The first flag is for an Army / Navy veterans association flag. The second flag is a personal flag, with the Ki Buun ChouKyuu (Praying for Everlasting Fortune in Battle) written across the top. The second flag is also a less common seen 2 piece flag, with a seperate sewn in center.
