Hi .... Sorry, but I think that is a "false positive" result. I downloaded the list of approximately 810 names (about 45 per page, 18 pages) and did not find Sato Sadakichi.

There are about 11~13 people named Sato; 2 names are cut out by the hole punch "o" and part of the "t" (bottom upward stroke) remain [could be Sato or Kato]. None of the Satos have the given name Sadakichi.

There is an Ogawa Sadakichi.

I think the search engine just alerted on "Sato" and "Sadakichi" and combined the two into a single result.

Edit:
Look at the your image: "gawa, Sadakichi Sato, Keichi Ninomiya, Taizo Sato, Shigaru Narita..." Google just highlighted the matching words and put commas in the wrong place. In the download, there is Ogawa Sadakichi, Sato Keichi, Ninomiya Taizo, Sato Shigaru..." Yeah, Google gave a false-positive result.
