It's an award for good attendance from some Dai Nippon manufacturing association. No time to look up the name of the association.

      Reverse
      精勤章
[Seikin Shou] -- Award for diligence/good attendance

      Imperial year 2601

      From the Osaka area.

No time to look up the obverse.

        Seikin Shou
Award for never missing a single day [100% attendance award?]

        星記二千六百一年

        大日本産業報国
Dai Nippon Sangyou Hou Ko Kai
Greater Japan Industry Information National Association

        大阪地方鑛山部会
        Osaka Chihou Kozan Bukai
        Osaka District, Kozan Group

        [1. modern Japanese for Kozan= 鉱 山]
[2. I've seen hits for 産業報国. I guess it might be translated as the "National Association for Industrial Information??? Online translators hit on Kokkai 国会 and wrongly change the meaning to Diet/Parliament.] See the Wiki page below for more info.
