    More Japanese Pins

I wondered if I might have some luck and someone could also identify any of these.

    Thanks

Top row l-r #1 & 2 are middle school pins.

      中学

中 is an abbreviation for 中学

      =========
bottom row, left: Looks like a mountaineering or skiing pin. Let me search. Okay, found it: Sangaku National Park. No, I cannot tell the age of the pin.
bottom row, right: [tai/body] is a contraction for 体育 [kyo-iku], physical education/gymnastics. Note the diver. I can't make out the circles ... looks like GC to me.

      bottom row middle pin.

      MIGHT allude to statistics.

      As a kanji-compound:

      1. 計学 (hiragana とうけいがく, romaji tōkeigaku)
the field of study of statistics

      2. (hiragana とういつ, romaji tōitsu) unification, consolidation

      3. (hiragana とうかつ, romaji tōkatsu)

      a. noun: unification
      b. verb: unify

      4. 統合 integrate; consolidate

So, it's just a matter of knowing to which organization/school the badge was associated.

      Don't know about the other.

Thanks. These were suppose to have been collected during the end of WWII. No idea if that is accurate, but I guess someone could have been over their picking up miscellaneous items.

        Regards,
