Is it original? Does anyone have pictures to compare?

Yes, original; but ... it's just some sort of participation medal for the All Japan Buddhist Young Men's Association -- some sort of 2nd annual taikai (competition) held 18~23 July, Showa 9th year (1934) in Tokyo & Kyoto.

The swastika and the "Wheel of Law" (Dharmachakra) are ancient symbols of Buddhism.
