Navy Canteen with Aviation Kanji?

Got this Navy type canteen a couple of decades ago. One reason I picked it up was what appears to be part of the air force kanji. Is this the case? Could it be an abbreviation for a naval aviation issued canteen?

Any input would be appreciated!

Thanks, the numbers were clear enough but I'm curious about the "sky" kanji. As it's used as part of "Air Force" (as shown) I'm wondering if the use on the canteen indicates an aviation unit.

It could also be air defense

What's the kanji for an Air Defense unit? I haven't been able to find them.

Air defense is 防空 (Boukuu, lit. defense of the air).
You also have 対空 (Taikuu, anti-air)

Thanks, unfortunately, the area above the "air (sky)" kanji is inked outbut I would presume that the canteen is related to an aviation or anti-aircraft unit based on what's visible..
