Japanese group/ ID help needed

I found this group of Japanese items today from an estate. I will be moving these along but wanted to know about some of them. The Navy summer hat has writing on the side. The block of wood came in the soft bag but need translation if available. The small dagger is really poor in quality and must have been really late. The Blue prints are cool. The paperwork is neat if someone can help with what it is.

The coolest item is a Seiko Seikosha watch with a cherry blossom in the center. Thats supposed to be hard to find. I have seen the star version and blank but the Cherry Blossom is a rarer version. Thanks in advance.

Steven all nice items! Paper needs to be translated. Watch appears navy. Can't guess what wood item is or if cloth case is for it. I agree that knife is not military

The knife kind of reminds me of a fishing knife designed to float if it goes overboard and bright red so it's easy to find.

Neat items, I'm curious what the paper items are. The blueprint at lest is marked "secret" (but then again, so was almost everything else Japanese including radios)
