Nice Group Of Japanese Navy Badges

This is a group of Japanese navy badges that I purchased a few weeks ago from the son of a US Navy veteran who removed these from the Nagato in 1945.

What a fantastic find. I have been working, for years, to complete a perfect condition set. It is hard to find them in the condition you have found.

Congratulations on a perfect set. Perhaps, some day, I will get close to a set in that condition.

I have none of the officer versions and it is a treat to see the, How about some close-up photos.

Yes, many thanks. I've never been interested in them because the ones I've seen were always cheap looking. These on the other hand look great.
