Small sword with signature Help.....

Possible help with the name of the person who made the blade?
my fiend say me Mihara ju Masasane, province Bingo, early 1500 year

Sorry, but all I can make out is the first kanji 三 "Mi" (three) and the next-to-last kanji 正 "Masa" (truth).

Wrong seppas , they are from ww2. Tsuba mounted post-war. Maybe collector added.
