        Sorry its an aged reproduction. The kanji or lack of is jibberish and the size #60 is normally seen on reproductions. Hope this helps.

            That "60" is the size stamped the way Nakata marks them. Nakata sells them as repro and marks them, but unscrupulous people sometimes try to pass them off as originals. (Also some people just don't know better since it doesn't say "repro" or anything in English, it's just marked with the Nakata logo.) If you see some of Nakata's repros and how they are marked, you'll spot them fairly easily.

            Also note on this cap how "worn" the outside is compared to the inside. I'd expect a lot of sweat to have gone through a cap that was supposedly worn so much.

              Here's the markings inside my Nakata cap. Be aware that fakers will often attempt to obliterate these markings, so look for localized damage/wear/stains in that area.

                      Then why do you have it listed under "Original items" and do not say anything about it being a repro? Not everyone knows about NAKATA repros.
