Canvas Bag/Briefcase Translation Help

Hey all, Happy New Year! I picked up this Canvas bag/briefcase and was hoping to get a translation of the kanji on the front. There is a similiar one on Nakata Shoten's Site showing a repro and an original one, very similiar in style but different Kanji. His is mentioned as "Japanese Army and Navy Yogu Bag Reconnaissance" this is from Google Translator. Its very well made and almost unused. Thanks for any assistance in translating and identifying this bag.

Ok was going thru my books and found an exact one on the cover of Gary Nila's Book Japanese Naval Aviation Uniforms and Equipment and mentions this as a Naval Flight Bag and translated to "Reconnaissance Equipment Bag".....used for maps and flight computer

Love those eBay bucks! Yes it was listed at least twice on eBay with a buy it now for $250. or best offer. After you posted I checked my watch list & auction had ended so I figured it was same bag. If i was still collecting aviation I would of jumped on it too!
