Is this pro-japanese poster? And is it original?

Seeing how the flag is sticking out of a skull, and lines like "We will kill you all" I don't think it's supposed to be pro-Japanese/Nazi.

If this not a pro-axis, why there's a word "Belanda Boesoek!" and "Nippon Poenja!"? Kind of confusing, don't you think?

Seems to be an Anti-Japanese propoganda pamphlet/poster, created by a dutch guy for the local Indonesian population so that they see Japanese as bad occupiers? That's my guess.
