Japanese/chinese cigarette box?Need help

I want to show you this really interesting box.What do you think is it a chinese or japenese one and what is it?

2 Chinese kanji.
1.Long Live
2. Good Fortune
But no idea why there is a Western style building on the box cover as it does not match the 2 Chinese Kanji.

That building looks like the US Capitol building. And I have a feeling this is actually Korean, from the overall style.

It was a cigarette box, made of a very soft zinc alloy.

It looks like the Old Parliament House in Singapore, but not sure.
