    Japanese uniform with belt

Can anyone ID the pin on this uniform? really nice condition no moth holes not rotted, but apparently the guy before me had a long haired white dog as getting the white dog hairs out of the fabric has been lengthy. Even the belt is nice and marked.

if that pin were in English, would you be able to read it with the glare and size on that photo? I keep telling people that we need clear pictures if you expect any help with translations. One tiny line can be all the difference between one kanji and another.

Hmmmm .... it looks like "Self-Strength Society Member" but I'm uncertain of the second kanji.
