Hedlp with Japanese Seiko airplane clock

what can you tell me about this clock out of the dashboard of a ww2 plane? Is it a tyoe 100? were these used by Kamakazi pilots? what values do these have.
The watch seems to work - if you tap it or toy with the winder, it runs for a few seconds but I am hesitant to wind it up for fear of breaking a spring or something.
