Translation needed on "meatball"

This is my first venture into Japanese Militaria.

I just bought this and I'm looking for some opinions and possibly a translation.

Your probably not going to be happy, unless you wanted a post war GI souvenir flag. There are quite a few threads that explain these flags. Look for "Tojo flags" using the search function and you will see what I mean. I have added your picture hear, if anyone else wants to comment.

Authentic Good Luck flags (yosegaki hinomaru) are regularly offered at fair prices on the Estand. I recommend you do your shopping there. Also, if you wish to learn more about them, other than by reading back threads on this site, you might want to consider purchasing this book by our very own MikeB. He periodically also has flags for sale.
