    I know the cap is fine. Is this havalock correct?

        Perhaps someone with more direct language knowledge can correct me.

        1. The square stamp dates the piece to Showa 18.

        2. I think (引納 ) means "pulled from storage." I do not know how this kanji-compound is pronounced as I cannot find the combination in The New Nelson's Japanese-English Character Dictionary.

        引き is the act of pulling (hiki < hiku)
        means to store or put away (osameru, nou, tou, na)

        In iaido the act of resheathing the sword is "no-to" 納刀 (store the sword), therefore I'm guessing this kanji set is "Hikinori" or Hikitori.
