IJA helmet chinstrap question

Hello everyone,
I have a question about a a IJA helmet chinstrap. This helmet has a chinstrap that looks a little different than most. It looks silky. Its on a later style liner 43/44 dated. I have heard of IJN helmet chinstraps being the silk type. Does this look OK for an IJA helmet with that date range? or is it IJN? or even a repo strap? Any help would be appreciated! Thank You!

Here is the material I am talking about. The suspension ring material is the type I am used to seeing. Hows the other material look? Good for a later war helmet to have a mix of materials like this? Thanks,
