Ground dug helmet on police station

When googling, i recently find an article about ground dug anglo-japanese helmets found on the police station in Sumatra.

    The helmets:

Too bad the mark II is damage beyond repair.
Is the m30/32 helmets can be restored in that condition?
What do you think about that army - navy badge?

PS: Forgive me i can't put the image code in those photos because the photo size is too large.

Great pics of dug helmets. No way to restore these as they have too much surface rust. Overall they seem to have fared much better then the Australian/British helmets. Thanks for sharing
