SNLF helmet. Help with kanji please.

Just picked up this great SNLF helmet on the e-stand. Can anyone translate the kanji please? I assume it is a name, but would appreciate clarification from the Japanese speakers on the forum.

It's a name. The family name is Kiichi 木一 (going right to left on the helmet). I can't figure out the given name.
