    Japanese Grenade just picked up

    Picked this japaense grenade up today, can i get some help on weather its complete or what kind it is? Thanks for any help i can get.!!

    Kiska Type 99

    Hello there. This is a Japanese Type 99 (1939) combination hand and rifle grenade. These were first encountered by US troops on Kiska island, in the Aleutians off Alaska and nicknamed the Kiska grenade. That looks like the original pull cord. These are fairly common but your grenade is in better than average condition.

    This is the best website in the world for Japanese Rifle grenades and launchers. The launcher for the grenade is pictured.
