    GREAT Medical Flag From Saipan

I posted a Japanese medics apron last week and I mentioned I had a great aid station flag. Just posting pictures as these types of items don't show up very often and I thought you may enjoy taking a look. This nice thing about these bring backs is that the navy corpsman who took them ID'd everything on 3 by 5 index cards. This flag was captured on Saipan in 1944. I also have his dogtags and his usn corpsmans cap. I hope you like the flag as much as I do.

The nice thing is everything the vet brough home he made an index card for. I wonder if he did this for a display at the local VFW post. Glad you like the flag, sure is a lot more interesting than a meatball.
