Help with these boxed Japanese shoulder boards please

A nice set of boards that i am in need of a value and what they are , I cannot find them in my books . Thanks to all in advance .

The are officers dress boards. The silver braid intertwined with gold is for doctors. Not sure on the rank, the width of the board determines if it general grade level and narrower is for lower officers, I can't tell the width from these pics. $150-200.
