Japanese battle flag help

Gidday guys, I have a japanese flag that had a "tailsman" sewn into it could someone please help me on its translation and was this a common thing to do,many thanks in advance.

It says "Who ever removes this talisman will be forever cursed."

No, actually they are just for good fortune in battle and at least 3 have the names of temples on them, I don't really have time to try a full translation and research into where each temple is. Carrying a talisman like this is common for Japanese (even today probably about every student will have one on them for a big test), so why not keep it with your flag. It's more common to see them inside "thousand stitch belts", they often have a pocket for them or get sewn inside. I even have a few from my visits to Japan.

Nice looking flag. I have seen many "omamori" sewn into sennibari, but rarely sewn into a hinomaru yoseigaki. I have seen it in the past, but not often encountered. They were often given at shrines where the flag or thousand stitch belt was blessed. sorry, I can't help with the translations though.
