My Japanese Postcards, portraits & pics

Ove the years, as I collected 3rd Reich items, I ran across Japanese items. I normally turned them over to make a profit to have more money for German stuff....you know how it is. If you collect Japanese WW2 items, you've run across German tuff and turned it over, right??!
Well, these postcards, postcard sized portraits and pics that I came across over the years caught my fancy and I ended up keeping them. If anyone cares to translate the Japanese, fine. I'm not asking anyone to do that. It doesn't matter that greatly to me.
I don't want to 'borrow the only pickup truck in the neighborhood', if you get my drift. I am just putting these on here for the edification of those of you who collect Japanese stuff, OK??!!
    Thanx,
    Tim

First off, a couple of comedic(?) Japanese postcards. Oh what fun, launching ourselves off a cruiser and firing our torpedoes. What a blast, huh?

    Sacktime.

If I show the back of a card or photo, there is writing on it. If I don't, the back is blank.

Ahhhh. The Japanese Navy mingling with the friendly natives. How nice.

I apologize if I have the writing sideways or upside down.
I just don't have the knowledge of what is correct.

This one intrigues the hell out of me. Dropping a postcard off to the folks at home.

"Having a great war. Thought I'd drop you a line in between mortar and artillery fire!
Hope everything is well at home."

          My goodness!

These are pics of 2 Japanese servicemen that came out of photo albums or wallets.
The fine looking Japanese lady is on a postcard.

My favorite picture. It came out of a photo album, I think. The picture's actual size is about 2 & 1/2 inches by 1 & 1/2 inches.
How often do you run across candid shots of Japanese submarines???
Anybody know what types they are?
I am shooting in the dark, but I believe the sub that is underway is a resupply sub. (?????)

That was the last one. I hope you Japaneese collectors enjoyed them.
