                    Google Books The Deceivers: Allied Military Deception in the Second World War, pp. 714~716 talks about him.

                    By the way, his name translates as:

                    Yuki-shi-ta (Under the Snow) 雪下
                    Katsu-mi (Beautiful Victory) 勝美

                    If you translate the Japanese wiki-page using Google Translate, you see "Under the snow" mentioned quite a bit. And lots of funny FUNNY English.
