    Japanese flags are they WWII

    Hey Guys,

    any ideas what these flags say? they are really not my area of collecting.

    The flag is from a vet's association branch at the Yawata Steel Works. The smaller one says City Hall Yawata City. They both appear to be wartime pieces.
