kanji help please

hi all, could you please help me on these 2 tangs, the first one is ww2?
and if i am right the bottom kanji reads mitsu! but i'm having trouble with
first one.
the 2nd tang to me is very old and i haven't a clue, thank you all for your time

the other is hard to see and apperars poorly written, MAYBE Okikuni Saku but i do not much confidence in the first kanji
