Any chance on this one with just these pics?

Also, I know these were awarded for a long period of time, would this be WW2 issue?

Hi Dion,

That will be either a 5th or 6th Class award I think. Not sure of period but it does appear to have the right amount of wear to be WWII issue.

Note the differences in the flowers and attachment points between the next higher and lower classes.

Hi Dion,

Based on the color of the green enamel, the rays of the paulina leaves, and the length of the sunburst rays, I would say it's a 1930's -1940's produced 5th Class award.

With the thread tied to the upper part of the suspension, I suspect it may have been reattached to the ribbon. I would ask for better, complete PIC's here to see what's going on. The thread could have been used to hold the medal to a bar.

If you get it, check to see if the rays are gold and silver, though many have faded gilt and it's now impossible to tell.

this is definitely 5th class order.
It was issued somewhere between 1905 and 1920.
