    Wrapping a gunto tsuka.

Has anyone here attempted to wrap a gunto tsuka? Anyone have any tips as to where on the Internet there may be instructions? Any other tips or suggestions? Source of period material?

    Regards,

          Hi Seiler,

Do you mean Moses Becerra of Nihonto Antiques? If so he's moved to Florida. Regardless, it's something I want to do myself as a project rather than have done for me. Moses does great work and he's who I would choose before any others if I was sending something valuable for refurbishing but not in this case. We do talk on the phone periodically and I'll ask him if he has some old ito available. Thanks.

          Regards,
          Stu
