Japanese type 97 81 mm mortar

Hi I have a very nice type 97 81mm mortar it retains 95% of its original bluing and 100% of the original paint,My question is what would the value of such an item be Im trying to get an idea so if I do sell it I know what a fair price would be ive included a few pictures

The most expensive things I've seen are giant Japanese binoculars for over $5,000. Your mortar is way cooler than binos!

Is the mortar "live" and fully functional (so that any sale of the mortar will need to involve a transfer under the National Firearms Act of 1934), or is this a "demil" item that has been rendered inoperable (typically by cutting a bore-sized hole in the tube)?
