Opinion this helmet

Hey. The price is in Argentine pesos, around 140 U $ S.
Never saw one like that. What is your opinion? Approximate Years etc.

It is a Japanese Civil Defense helmet, pre-1945. I've seen that badge before but not on helmets, it may have been added later (after the war). Nice original liner. The price is a bit high but not totally out of line. You could find an equally nice Japanese Civil Defense helmet here in the US (or Japan) for less money. Since it isn't military the interest usually isn't that great in them.
