Signature Help...

Hello,

A friend of mine has asked me to post the signature on his sword to try and figure out who it is. I remember seeing a website that shows many signatures of sword smiths but I dont remember where it was and tried to find it again but came up blank. So any help would be great and if someone can remember the website that would be great too!

This picture isnt the best since he took it from his cell phone...
