JLF Helmet

In this market and with the anchor chewed off it's way off . Also the foliage is off a body net. If foliage would be used on a helmet it wouldn't be that short stuff it would be long pieces to conceal.

Actually the price was lowered on this helmet after the SOS...........
I was fortunate and had it in hand during the SOS. It's a nice piece, but the anchor turned me off. There is also one small area where the cover was damaged. Not a big deal, but I'm very picky.
A well known Japanese collector used to own this helmet for a very short time who sold it to a friend of mine who has it on consignment with Craig.
A nice helmet IMHO.

I've seen and owned a number of nets with the multi-colored grass on them like this. It's not just body net foliage. It's legit for helmet nets as well and turns up in little short pieces like this and long pieces that can actually drape over the rim of the helmet and resemble a ghillie. this is a nice helmet. Pricey but nice. Would be nice if it was 'perfect' for that price but can't be too picky these days. A lot of the best (not all) are in collections now.

The anchor is correct, but it has sustained damage. Not a big deal for some collectors, but for the money I wanted to see a better conditioned anchor. Just a "personal preference" thing is all.
Hope this helps.
