Yosegaki Translation Help?

I recently acquired a WW2 Japanese battle flag at the estate sale of a veteran of the Pacific campaign. Unfortunately I don't know how to read Japanese, any translation help would be greatly appreciated. Many picture of the flag can be found here-

Hi Lucas. Welcome to WAF.

The four larger kanji just to the right of the orb (武運長久) are Buun Choukyuu, common to most flags, and translate roughly to Eternal Good Fortune in Battle. The others appear to be mostly names of well wishers. As you are new here you may not be aware of a thread that is pinned to the top of this forum in which are contained many examples of the phrases most often found on hinomaru yosegaki (Good Luck flags) such as yours.

There will be other members along soon who can assist further as they read kanji far better than I.

Stu pretty much summed it up. I don't see any dedication that would have the owner's name, so aside from the "Good fortune in battle" part it appears to all be signatures from well wishers
